Blue Ridge Converting-Mexico
We are pleased to announce that we have opened a company in Mexico -- Blue Ridge Converting S.A. de C.V. We started working with Mario Schatz in the latter part of 2000. Mario is very dedicated in getting this venture underway. We have worked with Mario for some time now as a customer and now as the General Director of our warehouse in Mexico City. We are very excited about this new venture. This will give us great opportunities to grow in the Mexico market and gain many more customers. Our warehouse is going to give our customers more options to buy our goods. For example, they will be able to physically look and choose our goods without having to come to North Carolina. They can buy the goods and have them shipped to their customers the same day without having to wait several weeks for the shipment to arrive. We are also pursuing Converting in Mexico. Mario is working with another company who is currently producing Tyvek alternative aprons for us now, with many opportunities to produce other products as well.
